Tuesday Green Ball Squad (Born 2016/15) Autumn Term

Green Ball is the final step before full-court tennis, using a full-sized court with a slightly softer ball. Players develop more advanced shot techniques, improve tactical awareness, and build the physical skills needed for faster rallies and match play.

Both groups enjoy a mix of structured drills and engaging games, designed to improve technical ability while keeping sessions enjoyable, social, and confidence-building.
