Red Ball sessions are a brilliant next step for young players beginning their tennis journey. Played on smaller courts with slower, softer balls, these sessions are designed to build the fundamentals – from rallying and simple technique to footwork and coordination – all through games and fun activities.
Our coaches create an engaging environment where children learn to work with a partner, move confidently around the court, and start to understand basic tactics like sending the ball to space. It’s about building a love for the game while laying solid foundations for future progress.
